For the “70 Days in Mark” project, I used the King James version of the bible. I usually read and study the scriptures using the New International Version. I like the NIV best because I can understand it. However, that version is not part of the Public Domain and I am not certain how much I can use in a published format like this blog without obtaining permission from the NIV publishers. Since I don’t wish to irk the good people at Zondervan, I used the good old King James Version for my readings in Mark. For short passages, I will use the NIV, but when I do more “whole book” studies, I will employ the King James again.
So if you would like to read the verses in the NIV, click the “Bible Gateway” logo below and you can search for verses in that version.

Please use the King James Version because according to the Holy Spirit who we (plural) talk to, it is nearer the truth.
